Within 48 hours, you get a 4-minute video link. Loom is a free screen-record tool — we walk you through your new homepage out loud, on screen. Watch it on your phone, in a truck, at 9pm. No app to install.

You decide
Love it? We quote the build, you say go, the site's live the same week. Not a fit? Keep the walkthrough — there's no invoice and no follow-up pressure either way.
Never used Loom? It's just a video link — you click, it plays in your browser. Nothing to install.
If you already have a website

Most redesigns are simple: we build new on our infrastructure, then point your domain at it. But there are a few things worth knowing before we start. None of this is gating — we'll walk you through any of it on the call.
Email continuity
If you use email at your domain (yourname@yourbusiness.com), we'll preserve it. We never touch your MX records without confirming first — your inbox keeps working through the launch.
Old site content
Got blog posts, photos, or service descriptions on your current site you want to keep? We'll extract them. WordPress is easiest. Wix and GoDaddy Builder are stickier — sometimes worth the Migration Assist add-on.
Locked-in builder contracts
Some platforms (Wix, GoDaddy Website Builder, hosting bundles) tie your domain to your site subscription. Cancellation flows are sometimes hostile. Tell us up front — we'll plan around it.
Hidden integrations
Booking widgets, payment links, review embeds, an old form that emails an AOL address — anything customer-facing that lives on your current site. Make a list before we mock up. Easier to plan than to surprise.
Brand assets
Logo file (vector if you have it), brand colors, photos of your team, trucks, or work. Don't have them? That's fine — we work with what you've got and can recommend a Photography Day if needed.
